When I was little, I was incredibly picky. I was that kid who only ate fries and pizza on family vacations. Sorry mom, for being such a pain. I understand why you got tired of it. Eventually, I got tired of myself too.

Somewhere along the way, I realized that life becomes pretty monotonous when it only consists of fries and pizza. Thank god for that seafood risotto in Croatia, summer of 2013. That was the moment I fell in love with food. Since then, my interest has only grown. Cooking, flavors, and ingredients have become some of my biggest passions.

If I could choose, I would move to the Mediterranean and make up for lost time. But for now, Nostra is my way of gathering all of it.
